Use heat transfer vinyl to create a sarcastic kitchen towel!

Lean how to use heat transfer vinyl to create sarcastic kitchen towels (or not so sarcastic if you choose). Choose between several different designs or create one from scratch. Registration with a Plain City Public Library card is required. This is a time slotted program, so please plan to arrive promptly at the time slot of your choosing.Time slots are scheduled for a single adult in 60-minute increments, but you may stay longer to complete your project.
