Learn the basics of 3D modeling in Tinkercad.
Tinkercad is the free online app that makes it easy for anyone to get started in 3D design and CAD. Attendees will learn the basics of 3D modeling in Tinkercad. Explore the tools and features, and then learn some basic design strategies. You will also learn how to export your designs. This course will help you master the basics and take your Tinkercad skills to the next level.
This class is offered at no charge to library patrons, but registration is required. This class is for ages 11 and up.
Plan on using your own laptop. If you don’t have a laptop, we have a limited number available for you to use. Indicate the need of a laptop when you register. You should bring a flash drive to download any work you wish to keep. You will also need to register for Tinkercad prior to the class by going to Tinkercad.com and click the sign-up button in the upper right corner.
