The Library Board of Trustees meets monthly to conduct regular business. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

The Library Board of Trustees currently conducts their regular monthly meetings at the Pleasant Valley District Fire Station at 650 W Main St. in Plain City. Public meetings occur on the third Monday of every month at 6:30pm unless otherwise posted.

*The January regular meeting has been moved to January 9, 2023

*The June 19th, 2023 has been canceled due to lack of quorum.  There will be no June meeting rescheduled.  The Board will reconvene during their next regular meeting scheduled for Monday, July 17th, 2023.
